John Wright is the CEO and former Managing Partner of Wright Financial Group, one of 92 network offices for one of the largest and most well respected financial firms in the world. In his 27 year leadership tenure, John has grown his office from $750,000 million to over $9,000,000,000 of insurance in force and managed over $1 billion of assets. With all that being said, he more importantly prides himself as a coach and teacher.

John has recruited, trained and developed over 10% of this company's field leadership. He has field leaders running and managing offices in Chicago, Madison, Minneapolis, Des Moines, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Seattle, to name a few. That's an amazing record. In addition, he also is a performance coach for many professional and "corporate" athletes.

John is a sought after speaker on a national scale, both to corporate leaders and professional athletes. He was voted top speaker at the NFL National Rookie Symposium six times. He has spoken to or facilitated life skills camps for the Indianapolis Colts, Chicago Bears, Baltimore Ravens, Green Bay Packers, Cleveland Browns, Atlanta Falcons, Tennessee Titans, and Denver Broncos.

John’s 80 acre estate, which he calls Greyfield, has become a learning and training center for a multitude of extremely successful people, such as; CEO’s of Fortune 100 companies, company leaders and Forum Reps, NFL Hall of Famers, Super Bowl champions, NFL All Pro’s, MBA All Pro’s, NCAA Champions, Olympic Gold Medalist’s, world famous authors, plus a lot of wonderful, everyday folks have come to have fun and to change the way they think.

Personally, he was an All-State and All-American high school football player in Wheaton, Illinois. He was a state champion and state record holder in track. He was an All-American and Academic All-American in college and graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as the leading receiver in the school’s Big Ten history and 5th all time in NCAA history.
